Product Overview
This component is a high-precision circuit board bracket used inside medical X-ray machines. To meet the stringent requirements of medical equipment for stability and electromagnetic environments, the product is cast from high-quality aluminum alloy and processed through precision CNC machining and professional surface anodizing. This bracket integrates multiple functions, including circuit board support, heat dissipation management, and precise mechanical positioning, serving as a core structural component in medical imaging equipment.
Manufacturing Process
For such high-precision non-standard custom parts, we have established a rigorous production process:

First, the casting blank undergoes defect detection to ensure a dense internal structure.

Subsequently, rough machining is performed to remove most of the allowance, combined with an aging treatment process to effectively eliminate internal material stress and prevent minor deformation of the finished product.

Machining Difficulties
During the production process, we focus on overcoming the following technical challenges:
