Recently, the company has started a major factory upgrade project, including workshop expansion, temperature-controlled workshop construction, and investment in advanced CNC equipment. These improvements are designed to provide customers with more stable, efficient, and reliable precision machining solutions.
Expanding Workshop Space to Increase Production Capacity
To support future business growth and accommodate advanced manufacturing equipment, Liqin is expanding its production facility with an additional 2,400㎡ workshop area.
The expanded facility is designed with optimized production layout and improved workflow efficiency. The floor structure is engineered to support a load capacity of 3 tons per square meter, allowing the installation of larger precision machining equipment and supporting higher-volume production requirements.
This expansion provides a stronger foundation for increasing production capacity and continuously improving manufacturing processes.
Building a Temperature-Controlled Workshop for Higher Machining Stability
Precision machining requires a highly stable manufacturing environment.
To improve machining consistency, Liqin is developing a temperature-controlled workshop equipped with environmental management systems to reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on workpieces and machining equipment.
The controlled environment helps to:
- Improve dimensional stability for precision components;
- Reduce production variation between different batches;
- Provide better operating conditions for advanced CNC machines;
- Improve reliability in precision part delivery.

Adding Slant-Bed Tailstock Linear-Guide Turret Lathe to Improve Turning Efficiency
In addition to milling capability improvements, Liqin has added a new slant-bed tailstock linear-guide turret lathe to enhance turning performance.

- Slant-bed structure for improved rigidity and efficient chip removal;
- Tailstock support for stable machining of shafts and longer components;
- Linear guide system for faster movement and better repeat positioning accuracy;
