Complete Machining Process
- Rough Machining
Select high-quality conductive base materials suitable for electrical connection scenarios. Remove most machining allowances via CNC milling and turning to define the basic shape, with reasonable reserved allowances for subsequent precision machining and no workpiece deformation or chipping.
- Semi-Finishing
Perform semi-precision finishing on mating surfaces, connection holes and conductive contact areas to initially calibrate geometric tolerances. Conduct stress relief treatment to eliminate internal stress caused by cutting and prevent workpiece deformation in subsequent processes.
- Precision Machining
Use high-end CNC machining centers and precision drilling machines for refined machining of all functional surfaces. Real-time dimensional inspection and parameter adjustment are implemented during processing to ensure the accuracy of all parts and the high finish of conductive contact surfaces.
- Pre-Treatment Purification
