Coating Allowance: Per the engineering requirements, all machining must account for the fact that dimensions apply prior to anodizing. This requires our engineers to calculate exact tolerances for the thickness of the oxide layer.
Geometric Complexity: The integration of multiple datums (A, D, E, F, G) means every feature is tethered to a complex coordinate system, leaving no room for error in setup.
